Our Reviews
Went in looking for a used small car and Emmit as always finds us what we need and is a great salesman to work with. Keep up the great work!!
Very professional and i will buy my next vehicle through them. My salesman Cooper Boardman was exceptional. Thank you so much. Jon Smiley
From the moment I reached out with my intent to buy a vehicle Kevin was on top of it. He helped me locate the right vehicle for me, within my price range, the make and model I wanted, and kept me in the loop the whole time with the status of the transaction.
Lack of communication and pricing , rips offs is more like it. Paid way to much not only for parts but for labor. They must do a lot of standing around. A quoted 5 hour job took 2 weeks. They don't listen to you. Still wondering just what exactly they really did do. And the service tech didn't even know what was going on and couldn't answer questions. And my service lady, clueless, let me leave with my vehicle when it was even completed. Broke down to be towed again for yet another pricy job. Just remember , will they do the job right to protect your loved one. One has to wonder . Very disappointed .Also like to tell you things need replacing that don't!
Super easy experience! Kevin was great to work with to surprise my husband with a new truck. Did most everything over the phone then just came in to sign and drive.
My boyfriend was in need of a new truck we had Emmit today and he helped us very much and was very nice!
My experience with my sale person Kevin Beck was amazing. He was very honest and answered all my questions. Kevin guided me to the best vehicle that fitted all my needs.
Bought a vehicle about a month ago. There is now rust that was covered over showing through the fenders and body dents all over the vehicle at which I was told it was checked over and had no rust or dents. I was never even asked to schedule my next service while I was there. My family has been coming here for years but I will not be back as I am now tasked with spending over $1,000 only a month into owning the vehicle
Worked with Jeff Carter today. Purchased 2 vehicles . Jeff is a very honest person and we left with the deal we wanted. The finance staff is straitforward and does everything to keep you within your means. Highly recommend.
I recently traded my Ram 1500 in for a Ram 2500. Jeff was awesome to deal with in this purchase. Honesty is very important to me as a consumer and he did very well instilling and continuing he knows my needs in a truck and appreciates my financial status. I will trade again in three years and expect to see Jeff ready to make the process smooth. I appreciate Jeff's salesmanship and dedication to being a professional! I hope someone in your dealership thanks him for his outstanding service. Terry Hughes- Kennebec Landscaping LLC.
I originally posted this on March 2022 on Google; I’ll be leaving my story as it progresses. my current vehicle: 2016 Jeep Compass purchased in (Oct 2019) 27,000mi, has now (May 1, 2022) 45,000 ”I’m sure we’ll get you right in and out of here” for an oil change and inspection turned into 2 hours and 15 minutes with no heads up. After coming to get me, they then proceeded to attempt to charge me to replace a part covered under my warranty. $600 of repair and replacement: 12,000 miles in. Their service has been good thus far, the shuttle service is nice and the video they sometimes take of the underneath of the vehicle is impressive. My review is of this experience; I will update this following future good experiences. Edit (Added Below this line on May 1) 44,500mi Compass is not operational. I get it to them for an issue with acceleration and they send me home, then keeping the vehicle. They call me 3 days later, “$800, it is not covered by your extended warranty; it might be ready by Thursday; we will not provide a rental.” As I work in customer service myself, I won’t share the name of my agent. He is simply a relay for the policies that protect Chrysler and Central Maine Motors. Sadly, as a consumer, I do not have such protections afforded to me. I hadn’t hoped to update this review with another bad experience; I bought this vehicle at 27,000 miles and I haven’t quite gotten to 45,000 yet.
Jon was a really great guy and the whole dealership was easy to work with!
This started as a so-so experience that got worse. I had sent an email to an old friend who worked there and because he was on vacation I was immediately bombarded with emails from other sales people. I stopped in by chance because I had to be in Waterville and changed my mind on the vehicle I wanted which shouldn't have really been a issue because my Capitol One qualification was more than $10k higher than the original vehicle and the second one was only $1k more but they insisted on using my Credit Union which had a Vin specific qualification. Long story short several hours later I left with a $29k truck and after putting $9k down and adding service plans etc I was still financing $27k+/-.but in the meantime they shorted me more than $1k from their own KBB trade in, I put $5k more down than I original planned but #COVID. Now here we are a day short of 3 weeks later and the truck is dead. Well not dead really it just won't start. I called and was transferred to someone named Steve and when I explained that every light on the dash was flashing and every needle was fluttering he said "OH, a dead battery will do that." SO suspicion arose as I had told him which vehicle I had purchased and he automatically went to "battery". I lifted the hood and the battery had been replaced in July 2021. It is corroded around the terminal and pretty much the entire top of the battery is covered with a pink oily substance. I got back in the truck and tried once again to start it, no start but it sounded like a frog repeatedly croaking under the dash and EVERYTHING short of the truck itself works (horn, stereo, AC, light bar, headlights, interior lights, EVERYTHING short of starting). I call back and get transferred to Steve once again and this time remember that I had purchased a "gold service plan". Steve's response..."get it here and we'll replace your battery". Seriously???, this is NOT the battery. between the time this was traded in and the time I purchased it it was driver over 2 thousand miles, THEY KNEW it has issues they just didn't want to admit that their staff aren't able to chase the problem. I get home and I look the truck up by Vin# and discover it was a "fleet/rental" vehicle even though the window sticker mentions nothing of this fact. Before I hung up with Steve he did give me a number to call to have it boosted or towed which I called and was given a 60-90 minute wait time. 1 hour and 45 minutes later, still nothing and I needed to leave to pick my son up and get to work. I seriously think my xxx traded in 17 year old Pontiac was giving me less problems than this.
I worked with Bryan James what a nice man. Told him what I wanted and why and he and the finance dept went over the moon to make this happen. I have never had a car dealership work so hard for me. I will be buying my next one with Bryan again he is very pleasant to work with and so knowledgeable.... just a fantastic experience. Thank You so much.
Service center is a ripoff. Charged me $1500 to fix a starting problem. After being stranded out of state, I found the problem ( a starter relay ) and fixed it myself for $20. They changed my whole fuse box needlessly.
